The Virtual Kiss

It started with an image.
First I tried it myself,
Perfect image, a hesitated release as my lips pulled apart…
The air felt warm.
Thought whoa that was cool.

Then I asked you to try it too.

Eyes closed…
Both laughing, a giggle before an embrace, then both silent…
Hard to concentrate, only black…

Concentrated harder, finally got the picture back in mind…
Lips once again slowly released the nervous tension like a first kiss…
Dry, but stuck together…
Lips opened, breathing in the air in front of me.
Ears acute to the music playing…
This time, strange but true,
My head tilted up slightly as if to push into you.
Probably a personification of being less than what I am came to mind…
A subconscious thought…
But regardless I went into full motion of a passionate subtle kiss,
Just without your lips.

Then I ask, what about you?

Too similar to be true.
